Design & Development of Food-Chamber Temperature Control System by Using Peltier Effect Ensembled with KNN-PI Controller

With the growing food delivery industry, food delivery bags play a major role in securing the food and delivering it safely to the customers. They carry responsibilities such as leak-free and maintaining the freshness of the food while carrying it at a certain distance. Therefore, at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 delivery apps started investing in good quality food delivery bags to ensure freshness, and leakproof of the food and even groceries included. Now we commonly see insulated food delivery bags in the market and this is expected to increase profit from 2023 to 2030. As the food service apps are widening their market it is very important to ensure food safety and sustainability, often customers experience inconveniences as the food is delivered it may be the freshness of the food or the food item becoming soggy over time. To prevent this, we introduce an upgrade to the food delivery bag by using Peltier to supply the heat or cold temperature to the respective foods that are being delivered. To make it even simpler we even implemented IOT to track the temperature reading and even set the temperature accordingly.
