Research on the Product Design of Solenoid Valve Fault Diagnostic Based on Smart Six Channel Low-Side Switch

This paper concentrates on designing the Solenoid valve fault diagnostic by using a combination of the STM32 microcontroller and the smart six-channel low-side switch TLE6232GP. Solenoid valves are critical components in automotive control systems. The solenoid valve fault diagnostic is designed to evaluate all working states of solenoid valves generally, such as open load, short to ground, overload, overtemperature, short to battery, and power stage. This paper mainly describes the hardware design, software design as well as execution analysis process from testing a solenoid valve in a real model.
