A Multi-channel Data Processing SoC Verification Platform

In order to address the verification requirements of multi-channel data processing paths in chip design, and to enhance the adequacy and completeness of data storage path verification, this paper proposes a design of a multi-channel data processing SOC verification platform. This platform, while verifying the original data path, replaces the data processing module with a built-in self-test circuit (BIST) to generate diverse types of verification inputs, thereby improving verification efficiency and compatibility. The verification results demonstrate that this platform can fully verify the correctness of the data storage path, and it supports data transfer with a throughput of $750 \mathrm{MB} / \mathrm{s}$.
