Potential risk assessment based on TOPSIS three branch decision

Potential risk assessment plays a key role in marine vehicles defense command and control. Aiming at the unreasonable problem caused by the constant weight weighted summation in the traditional potential risk assessment method, this study introduces the variable weight theory into the potential risk assessment of marine vehicles defense, and constructs the expression of the state variable weight vector, so that the weight can be adjusted according to the situation change. The potential risk assessment index system is established by considering the target attribute and the equipment performance of the marine vehicles, and the potential risk assessment model of ship defense is constructed by combining TOPSIS and three-branch decision method. The result of example analysis shows that the model can provide scientific and reasonable evaluation results, and provides an important reference for marine vehicles defense potential risk assessment in theory and method.
