Construction of methanol fuel supply simulation system

Methanol fuel supply and its control system have the problems faced by modern systems engineering implementation centrally, such as high integration, multiple design disciplines, and strong coupling between various specialties. Based on the above needs, the simulation test platform of methanol fuel system adopts the model-based system engineering method. The simulation model relies on the Modelica language and is built of the software Mworks, which describes the physical objects and their interrelationships through equations and solves algebraic equations to realize the virtual simulation and analysis of the system. The physical objects in the simulation system include storage tanks, buffer tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, and valves.
