Efficient Harvest to Storage: Advancing with Automated Grain Systems

Majority of the population in India depends on agriculture. So that the nation's economy greatly benefits from grain storage. Due to inadequate maintenance and monitoring inside the warehouse, a significant number of food grains are lost. There are critical atmospheric conditions that must be monitored and managed inside the warehouse, including temperature, humidity, and other factors. Therefore, these variables may affect the gains kept in the warehouse. In our approach, we designed a storage container using the concepts of silos and pusa bins. The redesigned bin is better since it includes multiple layers that are effective for storing grains. And as part of our strategy, we also use a few organic techniques that are safe and easily accessible. The suggested method involves taking the necessary corrective action while efficiently monitoring the atmospheric conditions inside the bin and notifying the farmer of the action's completion. With added features, this offers effective grain maintenance through a modified control atmosphere and proper storage. The temperature within the bin storage is monitored, and remedial action is taken if the environment changes. The suggested approach makes the grain in storage more consistent. This invention will maintain the quality of grains for a long period of time. The key to maintaining this state is by using modified controlled atmosphere, which provides a remarkable change in the areas of food and rural development. This storage system is highly useful and profitable to farmers and stabilizes the economy of agriculture.
