Analysis of Atmospheric Refractive Index Error Based on Ground-Based Radiometer Microwave Transmission Mode

With the development of science and technology, atmospheric remote sensing has become an emerging disciplinary branch of atmospheric science and an important means of detecting precipitation and other weather forecasts. Due to the influence of atmospheric refractive index error, the MP-3000A microwave radiometer is used as the experimental platform in this study. Aiming at the problem of influencing factors of atmospheric refractive index error, a model between temperature, optical wave wavelength, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity and atmospheric refractive index is proposed. In this study, an experiment was designed to determine the influence factors of atmospheric refractive index error. The atmospheric parameters of Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China from 2013 to 2018 detected by microwave radiometer were selected as the experimental data. Then, by using the physical relationship between the wavelength of light wave, atmospheric pressure, atmospheric temperature, atmospheric relative humidity and atmospheric refractive index, through the control variable method, it is concluded that the wavelength of light wave has the greatest influence on the error of atmospheric refraction. From the experiment, it is finally concluded that the error uncertainty caused by light wavelength, atmospheric pressure, and atmospheric relative humidity on the atmospheric refractive index is 0.2539 ppm, 0.2508 ppm, and 0.057 ppm. The results show that the wavelength of the light wave has the greatest effect on the error in the atmospheric refractive index.
