EMC Data Model Design driven by Graph Database

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues are becoming a key challenge. This paper explores the EMC data model design method based on the graph database. First, the graph database intuitively represents the relationship between the devices and the signal transmission path through the nodes and the edges, which can more accurately describe the complex electromagnetic environment. Subsequently, the article introduces the current application status of graph databases in the EMC field, including the key steps, such as demand analysis, graph data model construction, semantic modeling, data integration, management, query, and analysis design. Through the case of ship electromagnetic compatibility analysis, we further demonstrate the advantages of the graph database in identifying and managing EMI paths and explore how to improve EMC performance through path analysis, interference intensity calculation, and optimization iteration.
