Testing and Analysis of DC/DC Circuit Boards Based in ESD Interference Sources

This study conducted testing and analysis on ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) interference sources for DC/DC (Direct Current-Direct Current) circuit boards. ESD, as a common electromagnetic interference source, significantly impacts the stability and reliability of electronic devices. By simulating ESD interference sources on DC/DC circuit boards, this research systematically evaluated their effects on circuit board performance. Initially, a standardized ESD testing environment was established by constructing an experimental platform. Subsequently, the study observed the operational status and performance variations of DC/DC circuit boards under ESD interference, analyzing their response characteristics at different interference levels. Experimental results demonstrate that ESD interference sources notably affect the output stability and efficiency of DC/DC circuit boards, with increased interference levels leading to more severe performance degradation. Finally, a series of improvement measures were proposed based on the test results to enhance the anti-interference capability and reliability of DC/DC circuit boards, providing valuable references for the design and application of electronic devices.
