Research and Application of Key Technology of Distribution Grid Project Management Based on Project Center

Distribution network is a crucial part of the whole power system, and the investment intensity of it occupies a considerable proportion in the whole investment. However, at present, there still exists some significant problems in the management of distribution network project. Based on the structure and sharing characteristics of project center, this project proposes some new research methodologies and develops a new intelligent management application system. Through accessing the business data into project center, the pain and difficulties existing in distribution network project management would be solved and the traditional communication trouble among the departments would be eliminated. In addition, this system effectively improves the capabilities of “scale structure can be measured, the key nodes can be controlled, the establishment of the project goal can be quantified, the effectiveness of the investment can be analyzed” in the management, so as to realize the transparent and refined management of the whole project process.
