Sliding Mode Control of pH Neutralization Process Based on Reduced Order Extended State Observer

Aiming at the problem that the pH neutralization process is highly nonlinear and it is difficult to obtain satisfactory dynamic performance, a nonlinear controller based on the sliding mode of extended state observer and reduced order extended state observer is designed in this paper. Firstly, the dynamic equation of pH neutralization process is established, then the controller is designed according to the sliding mode mechanism of extended state observer and reduced order extended state observer, and the stability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov stability theory. The simulation results show that compared with the feedback linearization control strategy, the sliding mode control based on extended state observer and reduced order extended state observer has better dynamic tracking performance and interference suppression performance.
