Macro-Regulatory of Networked Finite Evolutionary Games

The macro-regulatory of networked evolutionary finite games is considered. First, using semi-tensor product, a networked evolutionary finite game is formulated as a discrete-time finite state algebraic control system. Then, using the result of the set controllability, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the realization of macro-regulatory, as well as the optimal (sub-optimal) manipulating control. Finally, a numerical example is given.
