Safety Assessment for Intelligent Distribution Networks in Multiple Scenarios

With the large-scale grid connection of renewable energy and the continuous increase of power electronic loads, traditional power systems will gradually transform into new power systems, and intelligent distribution networks starting to take shape. While ensuring the stability, reliability, and safe operation of the power grid, it is important to achieve low-carbon and economic operation as much as possible. The research on safety assessment methods for intelligent distribution networks is of great significance. This article constructs an intelligent distribution network security evaluation system from four dimensions as power supply capacity, economy, low-carbon, and intelligence. Considering the purpose of power supply guarantee, consumption promotion, three scenarios are preliminarily designed to evaluate the safety assessment of intelligent distribution network. Three scenarios, namely power supply guarantee, consumption promotion, and comprehensive, are preliminarily designed to evaluate the intelligent distribution network. Each scenario corresponds to different indicators due to different needs. Taking the IEEE33 node system as an example and integrating PV as a renewable energy source, and various indicators were calculated, verifying the effectiveness and correctness of the evaluation method.
