Automatic measurement system of Arch Dam deformation based on photoelectric displacement measurement

According to the requirement of automatic observation of 3D deformation of Large Arch Dam, the chain structure of measurement system is designed in this paper, the three-dimensional displacement of each measuring point can be derived. A photoelectric transceiver integrated two-dimensional measuring device for lateral displacement is designed and developed.According to the structure of chain measurement and the working principle of two-dimensional measurement unit, a set of equations with sensor readings as independent variables is established. The preliminary experimental results show that the calculation model can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.
