Research Trend About Internet of Thing Products in STEM Learning: A Bibliometric Analysis

This paper aims to elaborate research trends in IoT products for STEM education using a bibliometric method. We use VOSviewer as one of popular software tools for constructing and visualizing bibliometric networks. And, we use Publish or Perish in which it can be effectively integrated with VOSviewer to enhance its capabilities. This study comes from 200 papers collected and selected from the Google Scholar database regarding IoT products for STEM Learning from 2014 to 2024 using co-word and text analysis, then discusses 13 selected articles that have more than 1000 citations. This issue is warm topic that is quite busy being researched in the last decade. The integration of IoT products into STEM education significantly enhances the learning process by providing hands-on, interactive experiences that make complex concepts more tangible and engaging for students.
