Event-triggered Fault-tolerant Synchronization Control of Complex Networks with Probabilistic Time-varying Delays

The event-triggered synchronization control for complex networks with probabilistic time-varying coupling delays under actuator faults and random deception attacks is studied. The time-varying coupling delays are dependent on the probability distribution conditions, so the results are based on the sizes of the delays and the probability of their values within a certain interval. In order to reduce the communication and computation burden, an event-triggered mechanism is introduced. Firstly, the fault of the actuator is considered, and the failure factor is used to represent the failure degree of the actuator. On this basis, a new synchronization error model is established considering the random deception attacks. By using Lyapunov-Krasovskii function method and the stochastic theory, a sufficient condition for mean square asymptotically stability of synchronization error systems is obtained. In addition, the co-design of the controller gains and the event-triggered parameters are achieved by solving Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
