Analysis and control of fractional-order gene networks with diffusion effects and delays

In this paper, a class of fractional-order cyclic coupled gene networks (FCCGNs) with diffusion effects and time delays is constructed, both delay factor in time domain and diffusion effect in space domain are taken into account. The study initially focuses on stability and the existence of Hopf bifurcation. Subsequently, in order to improve the stability of the system, the pulse control strategy is adopted and the global uniform Lipschtiz stability of the pulse controlled system is analyzed. Finally, the above theorem is verified by numerical simulation.
