Integrated Evaluation of Program Synergy Management Based on Fuzzy Methods

The integrated evaluation of program synergy management plays a significant role in program management. An index system is constructed with four dimensions, namely, organization synergy, objective synergy, resource synergy, and information synergy. The rough analytic hierarchy process (RAHP) is borrowed to calculate the weight of index, while the 2-tuple hybrid ordered weighted averaging operator (THOWA) is employed for sequencing in the integrated evaluation. In this way, information fuzziness and uncertainty can be resolved in the integrated evaluation. Cases are also taken to verify the method is scientific and effective.
