Research on Coarse-Fine Data Fusion and Temperature Compensation Method of Absolute Inductosyn

In order to achieve the high-precision absolute angle based on absolute inductosyn sensor, the coarse-fine channel data and temperature error need to be fused and be compensated. In this paper, a method of coarse and fine data fusion and temperature error compensation is proposed, firstly, the angle compensation of coarse channel and the periodic correction of fine channel can improve the angle measurement accuracy and reduce the influence of system noise on the output angle data, and a low-noise digital processing circuit is designed. Secondly, the phenomenon of inductosyn error changing with temperature is compensated. The experimental results show that the system can effectively eliminate noise, reduce the influence of temperature on the error, and the output angle resolution can reach “0.1”.
