The Research of Design-implementation and Precision Analysis Based on Shipborne Infrared Radiation Measurement System

Infrared radiation belongs to thermal radiationand follows the basic laws of heat radiation. Infrared simulation, infrared confrontation, infrared stealth technology development and infrared imaging system action distance calculation, both targets and background of infrared radiation characteristics are required for the contents abovementioned. In addition to the corrodition by the environment of the sea, the working environment for shipborne infrared radiation measurement system is worse, such as the large humidity, the unstable temperature field as well as the untouchable ocean's data, etc. Therefore, the accuracy of the target radiation measurement can be seriously affected. This paper studies the product construction and accuracy verification of the infrared radiation characteristic measurement system, the influence factors of the measurement system of the infrared radiation characteristic measurement system are demonstrated. The minimum error of radiation brightness inversion in blackbody measuring test is obtained by test design is 6.38% and the maximum error is 9.27%, such result has a certain verification for the feasibility of the shipborne infrared radiation measurement system.
