e-Invoicing Provider Services in Greece: New Perspectives and Weaknesses

In this paper, authors present the functionality and technical specifications of the Greek Electronic Invoicing Provider Services and examine the standard legal framework from a technical point of view, highlighting the weaknesses of the later based on common practices of the market and identifying possible hacks that can lead to tax evasion.
