Renewable Power Based Economic Power Dispatch Solution

The transition to sustainable energy sources has become a critical global issue due to the detrimental effects on the environment and the diminishing supply of fossil fuels. The generation of renewable energy is a potential solution to these issues, but its integration into the power grid calls for efficient and economical power dispatch technology. In order to optimise the allocation and utilisation of renewable energy resources, this research offers a Renewable Power Based Economic Power Dispatch (RPBEPD) system. The RPBEPD system aims to maximise the use of renewable energy sources like solar, wind, hydro, and biomass while lowering prices and guaranteeing a steady supply of electricity. The proposed method manages real-time power dispatch using a SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming)-based optimization methodology. The system takes into account a number of factors, including energy demand, market prices, transmission constraints, and power producing capacity. The Renewable Power Based Economic Power Dispatch (RPBEPD) solution utilising SQP optimization offers a practical and successful method to encourage the integration of renewable energy into the power grid. By using a SQP-based optimization technique to address the economic dispatch problem, the proposed system contributes to environmentally friendly and sustainable power generation while guaranteeing a consistent and affordable electricity supply.
