USRP X410-Based Wireless Channel Measurement System and Path Loss Model Optimization

Wireless channel measurement is crucial in various scenarios and frequencies, especially with the popularization of the Fifth Generation (5G) wireless communication technologies. The path loss is crucial for accurately characterizing the propagation properties of wireless channels. In this paper, the time-domain measurement equipment USRP X410 is used to measure and model the path loss. Compared to traditional measurement equipment, the USRP platform is more portable and cheaper, which can reduce the cost of channel measurement. In the context of path loss modeling, the Dragonfly Algorithm is utilized for optimization. The algorithm has varying degrees of optimization in different scenarios, and it has a significant optimization effect in the complex indoor NLOS environment.
