Remix-based Real Time Blood Bank Communication Integrating Access Control Using XGBoost and Supabase

A blood bank keeps blood in reserve so that it can be transfused later. To quickly obtain the necessary blood type in emergency scenarios, users must be able to locate the closest blood bank beforehand owing to effective communication between blood banks. Machine learning algorithms have been used in several studies to establish communication between blood banks; however, these studies lack access level control, iterative learning, and real-time data maintenance. To get around these restrictions, this work suggests a solution that makes use of XGBoost to provide information about the closest blood donation sites, such as blood banks or hospitals, as well as location-specific data. Supabase offers precise access controls to manage authorizations among various entities. Through Remix, the Smart Contract grants NACO complete administrative access while maintaining confidentiality. The XGBoost model makes use of several CPU cores to enable dynamic datasets and iterative learning. With 96%, the suggested model has demonstrated an impressive degree of performance.
