Performance Analysis of Mg Doped CuAlO2 HTL Based Organic Perovskite Solar Cell

This analysis based on develop the highly efficient perovskite solar cell which has following structure Al/SnO
2
/CH
3
NH
3
SnI
3
/CuAlO
2
: Mg/Pt. Here, tin oxide (SnO
2
) and CuAlO
2
: Mg doped has been take as n-type ETL and p-type HTL, respectively. Suitable energy band gap of SnO
2
create strongly effect on efficiency because it absorbs more spectrum of light in visible range. Better band alignment increases mobility of charge carriers at interface SnO
2
/CH
3
NH
3
SnI
3
and CH
3
NH
3
SnI
3
/CuAlO
2
: Mg. High absorption coefficient of absorber layer MASnI
3
play crucial role for making high power conversion efficiency of solar cell that increase photogenerated charge carriers at interface ETL/absorber. The overall calculation of HTL based perovskite cell depend on simulation tool scaps. After putting whole parameters value in software, the power conversion efficiency gets 36.29%. Another perovskite cell parameters have been found i.e. voltage of 1.22 Volt, fill factor of 89.59% and current of 33.03 mA/cm
