Risk Assessment Methods for Power Grid Operation Considering Accident Level and Probability

With the expansion of China's power system, the development of AC/DC hybrid transmission systems has made the power grid structure increasingly complex, and the factors of large-scale power outages are also increasing. This article classifies the operational risks of the power grid, constructs the severity index of operational risk consequences based on the requirements of safe operation of the power grid, and corresponds the operational risks to actual component failures based on fault tree analysis. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the actual power grid was conducted through indicators, and the operational risk data of the power grid was obtained.
