An Automatically-Adjusting-tension and Preventing-Fracture Cathode Wire for Electrostatic Precipitator

The present document discloses a cathode wire of electrostatic precipitator. The two ends of the cathode wire of the electrostatic precipitator are respectively fixed on the upper beam and the lower beam of the cathode frame. The cathode wire of the electrostatic precipitator includes a cathode rod and a discharge body; Among them, multiple discharge bodies are equipped with through-hole that match the cross-sectional surface of the electrode rod, and the electrode rod runs through the through-hole of the discharge body and is fixed by welding. Moreover, the cathode wire is equipped with spring washer and positioning expansion washer that can automatically adjust its tension with temperature changes to ensure vibration acceleration. The cathode wire of the electrostatic precipitator in this article overcomes the problems of the existing technology that seriously affect the stable operation of the electrostatic precipitator, such as breakage, detachment of the discharge body, looseness and weakness, insufficient tension, and poor effect of vibration and dust cleaning.
