Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Greenhouses Based on PLC and Landscape King

In order to realize the real-time perception and intelligent monitoring of greenhouse environmental information and provide the best environment for flower growth, this paper develops a set of greenhouse intelligent monitoring system based on PLC and Kingview software. The system includes an upper computer and a lower computer. The upper computer is divided into wired and wireless two forms: the wired upper computer operates through the Kingview human-computer interaction interface, and the wireless upper computer interacts remotely through the cloud management server. The lower computer adopts Siemens S7-200smart PLC as the core control unit, which is equipped with environmental sensors, wireless communication modules, data transmission modules and relay modules to achieve real-time monitoring and control of environmental variables in the greenhouse. The host computer displays the data in real time and stores the data in the database. Combined with the alarm control, the lower computer sends the control command to adjust the greenhouse environment. The greenhouse model is used to simulate the real greenhouse to test the monitoring performance. The results show that the system can realize real-time adaptive environment adjustment, wireless acquisition and display of plant environment variables, wireless remote monitoring of PC, and ensure that the plants in the greenhouse are always in a good growing environment.
