Fully Integrated Phase-Locked Loop with Lower Power Consumption Current Controlled Oscillator

This letter present a fully integrated Phase-Locked Loop with low power consumption CCO which contributes the total power dissipation of PLL to achieve 8.755 mW. The PLLs comprise five functional blocks in order to be locked at 2.4GHz frequency. The tracking frequency range of PLL can propose from 2.09Ghz to 2.47GHz depended on the frequency of external OSC what delivers frequency from 20.9MHz to 24.7MHz, and the phase noise of CCO is -81.2537 dBc/Hz at 2.4GHz.
