Prospects of Application Based on Automatic Measurement Platform for Analysis of EMI Characteristics of Development Board ICs and Determination of Program Execution

This study utilizes a previously developed automated measurement platform to investigate the electromagnetic leakage characteristics of development board ICs, paving the way for subsequent research on program execution determination based on neural networks. For this initial test, we selected the ReSpeaker Mic Array v2.0, a development board equipped with a four-microphone array. Using the automated measurement platform, we successfully measured the electromagnetic leakage waveforms of the ReSpeaker Mic Array v2.0 both during the execution of a recording program and when the program was not running, revealing the waveform differences. This success serves as an effective template for future research, providing a basis for similar measurements and data capture methods for different ICs on development boards. The captured data from these measurements can then be used in conjunction with neural networks to determine IC internal behavior in subsequent research applications.
