Low Congestion-Based Routing Algorithm in Optical Network-on-chip

In this paper, we propose a congestion avoiding routing algorithm for ONoC based on mesh topology. The simulation results verify the reliability of the algorithm by analyzing end to end delay, memory usage and loss.
