On-Demand Scheduling of Computing Power Resources Based on Deterministic Delay Guarantees

We propose a scheme that combine service delay requirements with computing resource deployment for on-demand scheduling. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can reduce blocking ratio and provide deterministic delay for each domain.
