Inverse Design of Continuous Domain Bound State All-Dielectric Metasurface Based on Deep Learning

A deep learning-based reverse design method for metasurface structures is proposed, which can quickly and effectively deal with the relationship between continuous parameter structure and electromagnetic response, and realize the accurate prediction of structure parameters.
