Indoor High Precision LED Visible Light Positioning Based on Binaural Effect Algorithm

An indoor multi-dimensional light-emitting diode (LED) visible light positioning (VLP) method based on binaural effect algorithm (BEA) has been proposed with the five-dimensional position coordinate including the vertical and horizontal inclination angles of the target. Specifically, the impact of the line-of-sight (LOS) link and non-line-of-sight (NLOS) link are both considered. The fitness function that includes five-dimensional coordinate has been proposed, and BEA is designed and applied to the VLP system to search the position of the global optimal solution.
