Towards Large Scale QKD networks.

Quantum Key Distribution technology is maturing quickly. The systems that were once closer to laboratory devices and focused on the single link are nowadays commercial products, and the companies that build them are ramping up production. Now there is a need to go beyond the single link and start thinking in getting closer to the network. In this talk we will explore, from a standardization point of view, the network architectures available and the gaps that need to be closed to support the creation of large-scale quantum secure networks, like the planned European Quantum Communications Infrastructure.
