Fabrication of Y-Branch Power Splitters using Additive Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing has seen in recent years an increasing application in photonics. In this work the technique of vat photopolymerization is employed to fabricate passive guiding structures with acrylate resins doped with the PFeBSe conjugated polymer. In particular, the design and characterization of Y-branch power splitters is reported showing the feasibility of constructing components in low-cost materials.
