Measurement methodology in photon momentum based laser power/small force measurements

In this contribution the methodology adopted for photon momentum based small force (and the average power of lasers) measurements will be discussed. A brief outline of a) the possible ways to calibrate the measurement scales of various instruments, b) the short-, direct-, and unbroken SI traceability chain of the measurement quantities to primary standards, based on the governing equation underlying the photon momentum method, and c) in particular example of the table-top Photon Momentum setup employing the Kibble balance (Planck-Balance) principle, one of the building blocks of methodology i.e. the interferometric length measurements with newly developed Range-Resolved-Interferometer concept will be detailed.
