Preliminary Measurements on AC Quantum Hall Resistance in Graphene at KRISS

The quantum Hall resistance (QHR) of a graphene device was measured at alternating current (AC) using a digital impedance bridge. Aiming to trace the capacitance unit Farad from the AC QHR, first, 1:1 comparison between the QHR and the 12.9 kΩ resistance was conducted near 1 kHz. Next, the 10 nF capacitance was measured directly against the QHR at 1.233 kHz using a fully digital quadrature bridge.
