Design of the KRISS Kibble balance II : Focus on the moving mode

This paper delves into the research on the design and validation of a Kibble balance, with a focus on the moving mode. The Kibble balance is a technique precision measuring the kilogram using the Planck constant, and this study specifically concentrates on the effective implementation of this method. The Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) has been developing and researching Kibble balance technology, aiming to achieve a high level of accuracy through the development of a new Kibble balance. In this paper, we present the detailed processes and results of the design and validation of the Kibble balance, centered around its moving mode.
