HIV– A Biological Polycomputing Perspective

The occurrence of the human immune–deficiency virus (HIV) has necessitated the need to design different therapies and vaccines. Advances in computing approach and modelling are recognized to be capable of enabling advances in pharmaceutical applications and therapy design. The discussion in this paper presents the disease informational neuroscience paradigm that aims to apply a computational perspective to enable the design of future HIV therapies. The research in this manner proposes that the inclusion of synthetic helper T cells via a hyper – dimensional poly – computing system is beneficial. The benefits in this case arise because the helper T cell classification and recognition problem being solved by the HIV virus becomes significantly complex. The chances of a correct classification enabling HIV helper T cell successful attack by an average of (34 – 87)%.
