Application of Sommerfeld- Integral Expressions in Dielectric and Magnetic Half-Space Problems

Entire set of expressions for components of reflected and transmitted EM fields in a lossy dielectric half-space scenario, excited by an elementary electric-current Hertz dipole, is presented in form of magnetic vector-potential Green's functions. Theoretically, by substituting appropriately the dual magnitudes - magnetic with electric vector-potential, and dielectric permittivity with magnetic permeability, dual equations can be derived for magnetic-current excitation. This claim is verified by means of a commercial general-purpose MoM solver based on surface integral equations.
