Development of Fast Factorized Back-Projection Algorithm for SAR Data

This paper describes the Fast Factorized Back-Projection (FFBP) algorithm developed for processing SAR data. Parallelization method is applied to split intermediate data into small data sizes which allows the use of small memory units and to accelerate the FFBP process. Intermediate results of airborne SAR data processed by the FFBP algorithm is presented.
