Research on Control Strategy of AC/DC Bi-Directional Converter

AC/DC bidirectional converters play an important role in the stable operation and coordinated distribution of new power systems, so it is necessary to study the control strategy of AC/DC bidirectional converters. The control strategy of AC/DC bidirectional converter can be categorized into current vector control and voltage control. In this paper, PQ control in current vector control and VF control in voltage control are studied. Simulation models of the two control methods are established to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two control methods.
