Design and Implementation of a Comprehensive Testing and Research Platform for Miniature Blowers in Emergency Transport Ventilators

Ventilators play a crucial role in medical systems, with miniature blowers serving as vital components for air supply. The performance and stability of these miniature blowers are pivotal for the operation of ventilators. To comprehensively investigate the vibration characteristics of miniature blowers in ventilators, this paper designs and establishes a comprehensive testing and research platform. The platform aims to monitor the vibration conditions of miniature blowers under various operating conditions, including extreme conditions, and also functions as a simple centrifugal excitation platform, providing a high-frequency excitation source for subsequent optimization studies. Through comparative analysis of experimental data, the reliability of this platform is validated, demonstrating its significant support for research on miniature blowers in ventilators.
