Performance Study of High-speed Switching Valve Bridge Pilot Hydraulic System

To solve the problem, most existing electro-hydraulic proportional valves still have a large throttling loss, poor stability, and low control accuracy. Aiming at the limitations of the existing electro-hydraulic proportional valves, this paper combines the advantages of simple structure, small throttling loss, high energy efficiency, high stability, and high tolerance of oil contamination of the high-speed switching valve to build a pilot stage hydraulic system with the high-speed switching valve as the core component. Derivation of mathematical models for high-speed switching valves and pilot stages. The control performance of the whole pilot hydraulic system is studied through theoretical derivation analysis and simulation research verification. It is found that, with the increase of the control frequency of the pilot stage, the steady-state error of the main spool is reduced from 0.01654mm to 0.01432mm, the steady-state error is reduced by 13.4%, and the control accuracy of the main valve is improved; with the increase of the oil supply pressure of the pilot stage, the rise time of the main spool is reduced from 0.1412s to 0.0958s, and the rise time is reduced by 32.15%.
