Research on the Application of Unity-Based Virtual Simulation Verification Platform in Shield Machine Tool-Changing Robot

With the wide application of shield machine in underground engineering, the safety and efficiency of hob changing operation become the focus of attention. In this paper, a Unity-based virtual simulation verification platform is proposed and applied to shield machine hobbing knife changing robot. The platform provides strong support for the research and application of shield machine tool changing robot by reproducing the shield machine hobbing tool changing environment, verifying the realtime collision distance of the robotic arm, optimizing the data exchange cycle, and introducing augmented reality hardware interface and other innovative means. This paper describes in detail the construction process of the platform, its innovative points and its experimental validation, providing a reference for research in related fields.
