A Main Production Planning Algorithm Based on Limited Resource Capacity Pools

A method of expressing resources as two dimensions of time and capability while tasks occupy resources proportionally is proposed to support the formulation of the main production plan under extensive management mode, focusing on the planning requirements of production capacity rather than fine operations in the master production planning. This article constructs a problem model for limited resource capacity pool constraints and production scheduling objectives, designs a gradient guided mutation NSGA-II algorithm, proposes a population initialization strategy that combines chromosome encoding, decoding, random and strategy, adopts adaptive genetic operators, and uses gradient descent method to guide mutation according to production capacity occupancy requirements, achieving the minimum planned period control of resource capacity. Finally, an example was used to verify that the system technology has good adaptability.
