Performance-optimized Multiplex Detection Sensor for Coagulation Indicators in Whole Blood

This research presents a highly sensitive folded dual-path coagulation sensor design method for convenient heparin detection. The sensor fabrication process involves the utilization of graphene (GR) due to its exceptional physical and chemical properties, especially its outstanding electrical conductivity crucial for electrochemical sensor development. The electrodes are fabricated through a double-sided process on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate using automatic screen printing. Modification of the biosensor involves specific procedures detailed in the paper. This sensor fabrication method provides a new approach for multiplex detection in the field of biomedical engineering, enhancing the sensitivity, accuracy, and range of heparin detection in biochips.
