Design and tracking performance analysis of a cable pulling rudder loading test mechanism

In order to meet the general loading test requirements of aircraft control surface in different application scenarios, this paper proposes a cable-pulling loading test mechanism design and performance analysis method for movable rudder surface. Based on the proposed cable actuation scheme, the kinematic and static analysis is carried out in this paper, which lays the foundation for the subsequent selection of key parameters and the development of control algorithms. The active and passive control strategies of the test device are introduced and validated by dynamic simulation to ensure that the desired movable loading target is achieved. Finally, considering the system uncertainty, the distribution characteristics of tracking performance under error propagation were analyzed, so as to provide a basis for improving the system performance.
