RoadAssist: Transforming Emergency Roadside Assistance with Innovative Mobile E-Commerce and User-Centric Services in the Philippines

This study presents the development and evaluation of RoadAssist, an automotive assistance application designed for Filipino drivers. Based on a comprehensive research methodology, RoadAssist offers a range of on-demand car services tailored to the specific needs of the Philippine automotive industry. Through rigorous testing and evaluation, the application demonstrates high usability and functionality, with a satisfaction rate of over 90% reported by users. Key features include real-time service booking, mechanic location tracking, and secure payment options. The system’s integration with existing automotive service platforms and its adherence to user preferences contribute to its effectiveness in addressing market gaps.
